Interview with Joey, Bob, Anne and Beth


JM: What types of clothes were most common?
Joey: Couny issued Orange jumpsuit
Bob: Orange jail jumpsuits.
Anne: Orange tops and bottoms.
Beth: a orange scrub looking outfit, a plain white v t- shirt, socks, there underwear, an exercise bra, slide in flip flops

JM: Did you have a set uniform? What did it look like?
Joey: Couny issued Orange jumpsuit
Bob: Orange jail jumpsuits
Anne: I had two sets of uniforms prison clothes.
Beth: yes, and i just described it.

JM: Were there any assigned clothes in high demand that an inmate should look for when getting clothing assigned?
Joey: no
Bob: Sandals or flip-flops were in high demand- they break easily and you have to walk a certain way to keep them on.
Anne: No.
Beth: not sure

JM: Was the clothing different between men and women?
Joey: no
Bob: No
Anne: Yes, men wore blue and women orange.
Beth: no, the only difference is that women get bra's which dont have much support.

Dekalb county jail sucks I have diabetes and I was there for 9 houres without, and food water. they should shut this place there are probably better third WORLD prisons
than Dekalb county jail
